Battery-powered
The power source is two AAA batteries which allows the TR14 to be connected to electronic pocketbooks and other devices incapable of supplying power externally.
Small-sized and Lightweight
Including the two AAA batteries, it weighs a only 100g (3.5oz). In addition, the ultra-compact design - 53mm wide and 130mm long (2.09" wide and 5.12" long) - increases such portability that when not in use, it can be easily carried in your pocket, wherever you go.
Longer Operating Time with just Two AAA Batteries
Approximately 30,000 bar codes can be read with one set of batteries. The indicator LED will be RED when the batteries are low, at which stage a simple battery change can be made.
Successful Reading Confirmation
The LED flashes GREEN and there is an audible beep to confirm that the bar code has been read and transmitted successfully.
Bar Code Menu
The TR14 can be programmed for different bar code types, data transmission formats, communication protocols, trigger switch control, beeper ON/OFF control, and other conditions using the simple bar code menu.
